Sasha Hadis Interiors is a Dubai-based residential design studio. We work with homeowners, tenants and landlords who want a home that feels calm, warm and finished — without spending weekends in furniture showrooms.
We don't have a signature look, and that's deliberate. Some clients want layered neutrals and natural textures; others want deep colour, pattern, brass and a bit of drama; others want something classic that will still feel right in ten years. Our job is to understand your taste and how you actually live, then design a home that is unmistakably yours — priced transparently down to the last cushion.

Two parts: a design fee (from AED 4,500 for a single room, from AED 15,000 for a full home) and the furniture budget itself. The furniture budget is yours to set, and we itemise every piece so you can adjust before anything is ordered.
Most apartments are furnished and styled within four to eight weeks of concept approval. Furnishing packages for rentals can be done in two to three weeks. Custom pieces and imported items add lead time, and we flag that upfront.
Yes. We audit what you have during the consultation and design around the pieces worth keeping.
Yes — it's a large part of our work. We furnish to a fixed budget, style for listing photography, and can include linen, kitchenware and welcome décor.
No. Many clients are overseas. We share concepts digitally, take approvals over WhatsApp or email, and send photos at every stage.
